I have installed the component, but I am having some problems with the files. The files are being seen by the component when I click sync files, but there is an orange triangle in the file exists column, and the files are removed when I click “clean”
What do I need to do to fix this?
In the information and diagnostics section I get the following line in red: FILEINFO_MIME_TYPE is NOT defined.
The rest are all green.
@2brainmedia. Thanks for contacting me. I just checked your site from the login you sent to me via email. The issue was that in the Listing Path, you specified a forward slash before the folder name, which made it look in the root folder of the server instead of the Joomla root folder.
To fix it, instead of putting “/forms”, put “forms”. Once I made that change, I pressed, “Clean” and then “Sync” and it found the files. The listing is now showing.
I will have to make sure to check for and remove any leading slashes for Listing Path in the next minor release.
