I really like this plugin. (Easy Folder Listing Pro) It is simple and does what I need, but I’m having issues on my IE9 systems. For reasons that are too complicated to go into now, our systems run IE. I have IE8 and IE9 machines. The IE8 systems work perfectly when in table mode but the IE9s do not. I see in this forum where you say IE8 will not work but I could not find anything about IE9. In my situation, when an IE9 system is viewing in table mode, the animation from the sub folders are visible but when complete the tree collapses. I realize I can get by with the list mode, but the tables are much better looking and less confusing to the students when comparing file size and dates.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
Just to see if it would make a difference, I also updated the jquery version to 1.5.2 and modified the plugin php file to use it. There was no difference.
@psplace. Thanks for purchasing and using my plugin. I really appreciate any feedback I get from my software’s users. Honestly, I don’t have ready access to IE9. So, I am unable to test it. I realize that there is an issue with jQuery and IE8. Now, I know it is IE9, as well, and the newest version of jQuery.
Hopefully, before the end of the month, I should release an updated version of the plugin. I hope to improve the list mode so that it will show the file sizes and date a little better, and allow customization of the way it looks.
