I would like to sort by date / desc; however, I do not want to show the date of the file, as they don’t actually match what the files original dates were. But, sorting will not work, unless the date / time is shown on the screen. I hope you have a work around for this issue. Otherwise, I have successfully installed the Pro version on Joomla 1.7!
@wesleyderbyshire. Thanks for your post. Honestly, I find that to be quite strange. I just tested it, and it sorts by date, regardless of whether the date is visible or not. I didn’t code the sort to be dependent on whether the date or size is shown. Please also remember that the date that is being used is the modified date, not the created date.
