Change name on files?

Hi,

Is it possible to change the name of the files depending on which language you have the site in?

My site is in Swedish (default), English and German. If I want to show the same file, but with sep names, it looks like I have to upload the same file 3 times and name them in each seperate language.

Hmm, not the best way to explain my problem but I hope you understand.
