A way do add description?

Hello – this plugin is wonderful, but I just realized I am missing an important functionality: a way to add a description column! I know this information cannot be autogenerated, but I would be happy if the plugin would pull the description from [filename].desc file or such if it exists. Any chance of making this happen? Thanks!!

@sscanlan. @Riba. Another user had added some custom code to do this some time ago. However, I am developing (almost finished) a new extension called “Advanced Folder Listing”, which will allow custom columns, such as description, and also selection of multiple files for download via zip archive, etc. I hope to have it completed by next week. So, follow me on twitter for updates!

@sscanlan. Thanks for your continued interest! I am *almost* finished. I was hoping to finish it a week ago, but then I got delayed with some other projects that I came up. I will have to make some preview videos of it for you guys to see. Right now, I am working on multi-file downloading. I finished the backend, except for a “Bulk metadata editing” feature I thought of implementing the last minute. I really want to finish it by the end of June *hopefully*!
