Hello Michael,

I am still struggling with this. The permissions seem okay, here is the URL which uses the alias

http://qms.completepicture.co.uk/images/stories/pdf/Building%20Regulations/2007-%20Technical%20Handbook%20Domestic.pdf

and here is the real url

http://regulations.completepicture.co.uk/pdf/Building%20Regulations/2007-%20Technical%20Handbook%20Domestic.pdf

Both opne the same file. However I cannot get the folder to list on the qms.completepicture site?
