In addition (sorry), the PHP info window below the permitted file types shows:

PHP Version: 5.3.10.

FILEINFO_MIME_TYPE is NOT defined.

mime_content_type doesn’t exist.

This is a NON-Windows OS: Linux.

escapeshellarg is callable.

exec is callable.

shell_exec is callable.
