    I bought your plugin easyfolderlistingpro.

It seems to work with a small amount of files (less than 1000) but not with a large amount.

If i open the easyfolderlistingpro article then i get a blank page that stays blank forever or a server error 500, depending on with browser i use.

Is there a way to use it on a very large amount of files (in the future more that 30000 files)?

    Thanks,

    Herman.

@Herman17. Thanks for your question. However, persons have asked a similar question several times now. I have answered this question about 3 times on this forum, and also on the FAQ. Below are the references to my answers, and I invite you to please read through them entirely:

Essentially, this issue is not the plugin. The plugin can display any number of files, be it 10 files or 1000 files. The limitation you are having is a combination issue of the server’s PHP memory settings and the browsers ability to load all of that data into the DOM and display it.

In effect, it really makes no sense to display thousands of files. It is a poor way of giving users access to files, and thus, provides a poor user experience. My advice to persons is that if you can’t feasibly create the same list manually, then you shouldn’t do it automatically with any plugin, whether it is mine or others.

Nonetheless, please read the other posts above. I give some advice of how to help displaying many files.

    Thank You, Michael,

I will look at your Faq and forum for further information.
