The problem arises when there are a lot of photo files to download and the host’s server is loaded, the file download process falls into a MySQL time-out when the archive file is created.

The solution on a dedicated server would be to modify the Mysql settings.
But on a shared server like ours, like many Joomla users, it’s impossible to change the Mysql settings.
The recommended solution, then, is to add regular exchanges with the database using mysql_ping() to avoid time-out.

As I see the problem come from timeout with the bdd

I see a solution :

Either your processing takes too long, in which case you should maintain regular exchanges with the database via mysql_ping().

Is it possible for you to do it regularly during the creation of the archive file ?

When a user go to article using personal folder , He have this type of error message
“The specific folder path, imahe/seance/2023_2024/2024-02-08/Vos_Photos/SergeD, does not exist”

SergeD is my user.

I want to have the possibility to mask this error message, so user have no display

It is possible to paid for and extension of the module
Only on the name.
I would like to have the name of file download on the serveur : original filename preceded by joomla Name of the user and ” – “.
For exampale :
– my name is DERIVRY Serge , and the original filename “Evénements importants.jpg”
– so the filename on the joomla server should be “DERIVRY Serge – Evénements importants.jpg”
Is it possible and how much it will cost ?

The different page with upload must call via a menu and not directly to article.
And the different module must be attach to a menu
So you can close my call
