The Plugin works only by 1 subfolder

for a long time there were no problems. All folders were displayed. Unfortunately, only a blank page has appeared for a few weeks. I tried a little and found that if I set the maximum number of subfolder to 1, I see the files and 1 folder. If I select 2 or larger, nothing appears.
My Joomla Version is 3.9.19. PHP 7.4- My memory limit is 512MB. Easy Folder Listing Pro Plugin Version is 3.3.1

How can i solve this?

@hi700. Thanks for posting. I have Joomla 3.9.19 and PHP 7.3.8 on my test server. I have no problems with he extension listing files as it should.

I would love to assist you with your issue. However, I would have to be able to reproduce it in order to diagnose and solve any issue. Have you checked your PHP error logs? It would be helpful to see what error shows up when you try to display the page.

Also, what did you changed on your site prior to this problem you are encountering?

@hi700. How many files are you trying to list? Do you mind posting a link to the page?

In terms of updating, did you place your order number in the “Subscription Updates” tab of the Easy Folder Listing Pro Options?

Also, I would like to investigate what is happening by logging into your administration. That would involve providing me with temporary administrator login credentials. If that’s ok with you, send me an email (support[at]valorapps[dot]com) and we can initiate that level of support.

i tried with another folders and profiles and found in this way the Problem. If the one folder is in the same directory it doesn’t work. I don’t no why but this was the reason.
Now its OK.
