ParticipantHi, when i press the preview button for pdf files, a popup windows appears with this message
“Sorry, we were unable to find the document at the original source.
Verify that the document still exists.
You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.”
when I click the “here” link, the pdf file is open in my browser.
is it possible to open directly the pdf file in my browser?? or maybe use your popup windows for that?? can you do that for all files that my browser supports?? like images, pdf files, maybe videos.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards.

Keymaster@naitsir. Thanks for posting. You typically get this message if your site is offline, and does not have a public domain. The Google Preview is a free service that Google offers, which you may use if you so choose to. You may change this behavior by editing the profile option “File Preview Engine” and changing it from Google to Native.
This is clearly explained in the Dashboard Help Tab under “Attribute Override List”. The Help system for the component is very extensive and is built into the extension. It answers many of these common questions. However, I hope my response helps.

ParticipantI try to go to eflp 3.1 documentation, i receive this message
“This documentation relates to Easy Folder Listing Pro version 3.0, and explains how to use the Code Helper plugin.”
“This documentation relates to Easy Folder Listing Pro version 3.0, and explains how to use the Content plugin.”
“This documentation relates to Easy Folder Listing Pro version 3.0, and explains how to use the Companion Module.”
where can i access to the documentation?? i have a valid user and valid password.
thank you for your help.
Edited, well, reading the help tab, i see that modalheight and width only work for google docs viewer, not work for native viewer

Keymaster@naitsir. Thanks for posting again. I was glad that the built in help was able to assist you.
The documentation for the extension is totally built into it. For example, if you edit or create a new profile, and you want help with the profile, click on the Help Icon in the sub menu on your own site at the top of the page.
I apologize for not updating those placement text on the website. This will be rectified tomorrow. However, essentially the documentation is in the Dashboard and and also available by clicking any Help Icon on any screen of the extension.
The modal width and height when edited should also relate to the native viewer. I will have to correct this oversight in the description in the next maintenance release. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It helps me make my products better!

Keymaster@naitsir. Update: There are two modals that are available for Joomla: Mootools-based modal and bootstrap modal. I automatically select the modals based on the Joomla version being used. So, Joomla 2.5 would use the mootools modal, and Joomla 3+ would use the bootstrap modal. The problem is that the bootstrap version has a fixed width, and a maximum height. The mootools modal is adjustable and easy to configure.
I will have to add an option to allow you to choose the Mootools modal on Joomla 3+. That is the only way you will get to adjust the size. However, I don’t know how long Joomla will keep Mootools as part of its package.
