Not working: "Upload file" redirects to home page

Hello everyone. I’ve been having some issues with this extension. Whether you select a file or not, if you press the button “Upload file” it redirects you to the home page, it doesn’t do anything else. I couldn’t manage to get some kind of error log on this (Feel free to suggest me how).

My system: Joomla 3.1, LAMP server

PHP Version: 5.4.9-4ubuntu2.2.

FILEINFO_MIME_TYPE is defined.

finfo_open is callable.

finfo_file is callable.

finfo_close is callable.

mime_content_type is callable.

This is a NON-Windows OS: Linux.

escapeshellarg is callable.

exec is callable.

shell_exec is callable.
