I’m using the latest version of Easy Folder Listing Pro, in a directory with a bunch of subfolders. After adding a certain amount of folders, I get only get a white page with a single 0 listed in the top left. I believe this probably has to do with the php.ni file. any thoughts?
@ppamin. I don’t know why a single 0 is listed in the top left of a page. However, the white page being rendered is explained in the FAQ: Folder Listing Extensions
Hope this helps.
#michaelgilkes I increased the size of the memory_limit and I’m still getting the same error.
@ppamin. Please let me know the following:
If you want me to look at it directly, please send me an email with a temporary admin login to your site, and I will log in and check everything. However, you still need to answer the questions I pose above. Thanks.
1) Listing 350 items (folders and files). Total size of the directory i’m trying to list is 82 MB
2) Shortcode is verified
3) No errors in the PHP log
PHP Version: 5.2.17.
memory_limit value is 512M.
max_execution_time value is 240.
This is a NON-Windows OS: Linux.
Any red flags based on this information? If not, i’d love for you to take a look. let me know what email to contact you at.
@ppadmin. Please send your email to support[at]valorapps[dot]com
Great, what sort of login information do you need to get started?
@ppadmin. As I stated in a previous post, please create a temporary admin login on your Joomla backend for me. Email the login details to me, and I will go from there.
I had a quick look at the link you sent me. There is nothing in my code that could actually cause the body to be set to the number “0”. So, I am not sure what I am dealing with.
Please let me know if you have edited or altered the plugin code at all, even if you think it was something trivial.
Also I need to know what version of Joomla you are using, and the version of the plugin you have installed.
Lastly, you said that the shortcode is verified. However, I don’t know what that means. I guess I will see the shortcode you have in the article, but in general you should at least copy/paste the shortcode in a post. This way, I can see what you have and know what you are trying to do. It makes it easier for me to help you.
@ppamin. I am just posting this so everyone knows the solution. According to your last email to me, you were able to update your PHP from 5.2 to 5.3, and this solved this problem you were having. Am I correct?
