@Randy. Thanks for posting and for providing the relevant info at the start. From what you post, the mime type is audio/mpeg for mp3 files. One thing I need to find out is what result you get when you attempt to upload an mp3 file. I want you to try to upload an mp3 file and another types of file and take a screenshot of the page result.
