Text Size Too Big For Folders

Hi I am new to EFL Pro. I have a problem whereby the filename text of folders goes beyond the size of the box. For example, I have a folder named “minutes_and_resolutions”. The text does not fit in the box. The result is overlapping with other folders. I am using explorer mode.
I cannot figure out how to change the size of the boxes so the text will fit neatly. Thanks
