I just updated one of my sites to 3.6 and the easy folder module still works on the front end but the admin panel no longer works. I downloaded EFL 2.9 and installed. Same issue.
Still works fine on my 3.51 Joomla site.

@stevecyr. Could you provide a screenshot? Are there error notices in your PHP logs? I have the module installed on several servers with Joomla 3.6.5 and the admin panel works just fine.
